Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Does It Cost? Are there Recurring Fees?
There is only a one time setup fee. There are NO monthly or yearly fees. There are no additional fees. Just a one time setup fee. THAT'S IT!
Can I Make Changes to My Review Site?
Absolutely! You can have your photo, logo, brokerage, verbiage, order of links or anything else changed at any time. I will do all the updating for you so you don't have to worry about it.
What if I Want to Make My Own Changes?
In order for you to make changes, you have to pay for the service I use and pay a monthly fee. It is cheaper to just have me do it for you. I don't mind.
Can I Buy a Custom Domain For My Review Site?
Absolutely! I recommend Namecheap.com because it is more cost effective. I will help you in directing your domain to your review site. You would be resonsible for the yearly cost from the domain seller. Since you usually share a link via text that they would then click on, I don't think a custom domain is necessary.
How Many Links Can I Have on My Review Site?
As many as I want. I recommend not to overwhelm your clients though. 3-4 is a pretty good number of links to have.
What Sites Do You Recommend I Collect Reviews On?
#1 is Google Business. If you don't have one, I recommend setting one up. It's free and pretty simple overall to do. This is the most important.
#2 if you are a real estate agent is Zillow. Doesn't matter if you love them or hate them. You don't even have to pay Zillow for leads. I guarantee you your clients are using Zillow. They have the app on their phone. Have reviews on there. Buyers and sellers are looking on Zillow, so improve your brand awareness on there.
#3 is your Facebook page (if you have one). If you don't have one, don't feel like you need to create one just for this. If you aren't going to use it, don't worry about it.
#4 is yelp. Especially if it is popular in your market. But if it's not, still do it. It's free to have a yelp profile and people moving in to your area might be using it more often, so if no one in your market has one, you'll stand out.
#5 if you are a real estate agent is Realtor.com. Most agents don't collect reviews on there and Realtor is improving their marketing and brand awareness. More people are turning to Realtor's website and you could really stand out on there because many agents aren't utilizing it as much as they could be.
