Take My "Ten New Review Challenge"

Do you want to supercharge your review site?

Are you a new agent that doesn't have many reviews?

Or have you been around for awhile but never asked for reviews before?

Post your review site link from your facebook page, or text it to all your past clients, along with this paragraph:

"Hey! You are one of my wonderful clients and I would love your help. I have been challenged to collect ten 5-star reviews from my happy clients to help people know what kind of agent I am. Could you be one of my reviews? Just click this link to go to my review site. It's super easy. Thank you so much!"

People LOVE to help with challenges like this. (By the way, I am the one who is challenging you to do this.) You can say ten reviews, fifteen, twenty, fifty, or leave the number out of it. Up to you.

Also, if you are new to real estate and don't have that many clients yet, that is ok. You can still take this challenge. While Zillow reviews are transaction specific (they have to have used you to buy or sell and will need to share the address in order to leave a review on Zillow), Google and Facebook are not. So it's perfectly fine to ask your broker, other agents, industry parties like home inspectors, title reps, attorneys, pest inspectors, even friends and family for reviews. They can review you on how you are as a person- ethical, trustworthy, dependable, etc. So start there if you have to and get some reviews!
